Shift : Monday Friday 8 : 00am 4 : 30pm On Call Rotation every 7-10 weeks

The role you'll contribute :

\n \n\n \n

This position performs day-to-day maintenance support functions for the Engineering Services and Facilities Management Departments, including, but not limited to :

\n \n\n \n

HVAC technician will perform construction, maintenance, corrective and routine repairs as assigned.

\n \n\n \n

Perform all assigned duties in a highly professional manner to reflect the mission and integrity of the Engineering Department, ACT, and AH.

\n \n\n \n

Actively participate in Performance Improvement through the LEAN process.

\n \n\n \n

Actively participate meetings (Huddle, staff meetings).

\n \n\n \n

Hot water boiler and steam boiler maintenance and trouble-shooting skills

\n \n\n \n

Pneumatic control experience

\n \n\n \n

Air conditioning (split systems and package units) trouble-shooting and repair skills

\n \n\n \n

HVAC trouble-shooting-skills

\n \n\n \n

Excellent communication and organizational skills

\n \n\n \n

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :

\n \n\n \n

Minimum qualifications :

\n \n\n \n

High school education or equivalent

\n \n\n \n

Previous experience : Cutting, brazing, soldering various ferrous materials, Running, splicing, connecting, testing, troubleshooting electrical circuits associated with HVAC equipment,

\n \n\n \n

EPA Universal certification for refrigerants Must be able to email a copy for verification

\n \n\n \n

Preferred qualifications :

\n \n\n \n

Previous experience in healthcare setting

\n \n\n \n
