Tax Accountant

A company is looking for a Tax Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare workpapers for federal and state corporate income tax returns and assist with tax compliance filings

Assist with quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations and maintain organized tax records

Utilize tax software for calculations and reporting, and conduct basic tax research to support filing positions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

1-3 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in public accounting or corporate industry

Working knowledge of U.S. corporate income tax compliance and ASC 740 concepts

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis

Exposure to multi-state and consolidated corporate filing structures preferred
