Position Overview

As a Physical Therapist at our GSS MN Pipestone facility, you will play a vital role in helping clients, patients, and residents regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will be instrumental in :

• Planning, organizing, and delivering effective physical therapy programs.
• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations for those affected by injury or disease.
• Utilizing advanced tools and techniques to administer interventions safely.
• Documenting client information accurately for ongoing evaluation.
• Educating clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises.
• Incorporating age-appropriate treatments tailored to individual needs.
• Staying updated with current research to enhance daily treatment practices.
• Participating in departmental activities to promote our mission and values.
• Supervising assistants, aides, and students in providing care.
• Providing ongoing education and training to peers in your area of expertise.
