Strategic Planning And Performance Analyst
This is a professional position working independently at an advanced level to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of Town-wide and departmental strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. This position monitors and reports on program performance, facilitates data-driven decision-making, and develops tools-such as dashboards and public engagement materials-to communicate progress both internally and externally. In addition to performing the work of a strategic planning and performance analyst, an incumbent in this position leads complex, and often politically sensitive, program evaluation requiring considerable independent professional judgement and initiative. Work involves significant contact and collaboration with Town departments and Town management. This position reports to the Budget and Performance Management Director. This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
