Job Description

A healthcare services organization in New York City is currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and / or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join one of their community health centers in the Bronx as a Clinician.

About the Opportunity :

  • Start Date : ASAP
  • Assignment Length : Ongoing
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday (1 days WFH; 4 days onsite) - starting January 2026 will be fully in person.
  • Hours : 9am to 5pm (11am to 7pm on Tues / Thurs)
  • Setting : Outpatient / Clinic
  • Patient Population : Adults
  • Patient Volume : 9 patients per day

Responsibilities :

The Clinician (LMSW / LMHC) will be responsible for diagnosing, screening, and treating people with behavioral health problems and substance use disorders

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and / or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Familiarity with working with the Mental Health community and people with Chronic / Persistent Mental Illness
