We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Lead Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing effective treatment plans.

Your primary responsibilities will include :

• Distributing medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals\
• Providing patients with information about their medications and use\
• Focusing on delivering exceptional customer service\
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations\
• Administering immunizations as permitted by state laws\
• Performing other usual and customary pharmacy duties\
• Auditing and reviewing medication orders for accuracy and completeness\
• Developing and implementing quality assurance programs to improve patient outcomes\
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans\
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacology and pharmacy practice\\ / ul\
