Certification's : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

• Licensure - RN - IN License or Compact License required 21322 Special Requirements : 4 person per room if available but must be able to operate independently with only 3 persons. 3 person call team. Scrub Color : Provided BLUE Call Requirement : 1 Night / Week; Every 4th weekend on call rotation Weekend Requirement : Every 4h weekend call rotation. Float Requirement : Floating will be assigned to Interventional Radiology if needed or if Cath Lab case load is low for the day.
