ITS has an immediate opening for a Dock Coordinator at our customer's operation in Sparks, NV. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• To provide a professional level of service
• Check in drivers
• Verify all information on BOL'S are correct
• Assign loads to a door / break seal / secure load with a glade hand lock
• Communicate with the Warehouse to direct workload
• Update workload database for Warehouse
• Print BOL'S VIA Datex / Softeon
• Process daily inbound receipts and orders
• Help CSR with daily workload
• Solving daily issues
• Walking dock to see what inbound, outbound, and empty trailers we have and follow up with an email
• Multiple yard checks per day
• Some inventory control
