We Require
Three years of payroll experienceBachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, public administration, or related fieldA combination of post-secondary education and / or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basisJob Contributions
Assists the Payroll Manager in overseeing the processing of biweekly payroll for over 14,000 employeesSupervises Payroll and Records staff by planning daily tasks / activities, establishing procedures and guidelines, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating performance, disseminating information, and recommending personnel actionsProvides consultation and guidance to human resources teams, department management, and employees regarding payroll and records issuesWorks with the Payroll and Records Teams to streamline and improve payroll processesConducts special projects and researches, analyzes, and interprets the resultsWorking Conditions
Work is primarily performed in an office setting, with telework options availableSelection Procedure
