What You’ll Do
As a senior leader in the marketing organization, you’ll guide cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives across multiple product lines. You’ll play a key role in defining product strategy, shaping technology roadmaps, and identifying market opportunities that fuel growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor senior managers across multiple functional areas to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Define and drive product strategy, market requirements, and pricing for a diverse portfolio of technologies.
- Develop and execute business plans that enhance market share, revenue, and competitive positioning.
- Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to bring new products to market and evolve existing offerings.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Recommend resource allocation strategies to maximize impact and support long-term growth.
- Establish pricing strategies that support profitability and market leadership.
