• This position may be located in Overland Park, KS; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

T-Mobile’s Manager of Studio Management leads a team of individual contributors responsible for project managing communications initiatives within T-Studios, the in-house creative and production department. This role combines leadership and hands‑on project management, ensuring efficient planning, creative development, and execution of projects. The manager oversees the team’s workflow, fosters collaboration, and supports operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and stakeholders.

Base Pay Range : $100,500 - $181,300 Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non‑temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
