What We’re Building
At General Intelligence Company (GIC), we’re building highly‑capable autonomous agents for startups. Our goal is to enable the one‑person, one‑billion‑dollar company. Our agents don’t just automate workflows—they replace them. We need a talented designer to help make our interface intuitive, functional, and fast.
Our system is powerful, but we need someone to refine the experience. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a designer but codes like an engineer—someone who can translate raw intelligence into a seamless user experience.
What You’ll Do
Own the frontend user experience and build wireframes for our agents product.
Create beautiful software.
Build fast, clean, and modular UI components.
Work directly with our founding team to define user interactions.
Own a design system on a complex app.
Optimize for speed, usability, and accessibility.
Work in fast, iterative cycles — we maintain no backlog.
Talk to users, conduct UX audits, implement feedback.
Translate our core principles into product :
Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate.
Quality matters. Your work stands on its own.
No backlogs. Build what’s needed, when it’s needed.
FITFO. You figure things out independently.
Ownership mindset. You think and act like an owner.
