The Custodian / Utility Worker position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities. This position performs a variety of custodial, maintenance, and utility duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and facility upkeep. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and customer service. This position may work independently or as part of a team and may be assigned to different shifts and locations as needed.

Cleaning and Sanitation :

• Perform routine cleaning of classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, partitions, mirrors, and floors
• Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard surface flooring
• Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and door frames
• Maintain supply rooms and custodial closets
• Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures

Supplemental Information

The Custodian / Utility position supports the facilities department and is available to start on / or before September 15, 2025.

Hours

This position is fulltime, 40 hours / per week, working Monday - Friday 3 : 00 pm - 11 : 30 pm with occasional overtime and weekend work.
