Job Description

We are seeking a Psychotherapist, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT to join our team! You will provide psychotherapy in an individual and / or group setting, seeing clients in person and / or via telehealth.

Responsibilities :

Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues
Provide prevention-oriented therapy
Implement and review treatment plans
Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications :

Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields

Familiarity with community mental health resources

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build rapport with clients

Strong leadership qualities

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with EHR / EMR systems, AdvancedMD, is preferred.

Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
