Reports to : Executive Vice President of Operations

Supervises : Company Food & Beverage Department

Pay Range : $215,000 - $225,000

Job Summary

The Vice President of Food & Beverage is responsible for shaping and executing the overall vision, standards, and strategy for food and beverage operations across the Stonebridge portfolio. This role provides senior leadership in innovation, operational performance, and brand consistency, ensuring F&B programs deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results at every property.

Essential Functions and Duties

  • Develop and lead the strategic vision for food and beverage across the Stonebridge portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and brand positioning.
  • Oversee enterprise-wide F&B performance, setting operational benchmarks, driving innovation, and ensuring consistency in quality, service, and profitability.
  • Provide senior leadership and support to property-level and corporate F&B teams, including Directors, Chefs, and regional leaders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Operations, Design & Construction, Marketing, and Ownership to influence F&B concepts, outlet design, and guest-facing programming.
  • Lead the development and rollout of scalable culinary and beverage platforms that enhance the guest experience while optimizing cost and labor efficiency.
  • Monitor F&B financial performance across all properties, identifying trends, opportunities, and corrective actions to drive margin improvement.
  • Evaluate emerging food, beverage, and service trends to inform brand evolution, menu development, and operational enhancements.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, procurement strategy, and product quality standards in partnership with sourcing and culinary teams.
  • Guide the successful opening, repositioning, and renovation of F&B outlets across new and existing properties.
  • Serve as the key F&B representative to executive leadership and ownership groups, presenting strategy, performance updates, and future initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation across all F&B operations.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or industry certifications strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior multi-property or corporate-level role.
  • Proven success leading large-scale F&B operations across full-service, lifestyle, and upscale hotel brands.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, labor strategy, and profitability improvement.
  • Deep understanding of culinary trends, guest experience design, service models, and concept development.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional executives on initiatives related to design, branding, marketing, and property development.
  • Exceptional leadership and people development skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and guide diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging C-level stakeholders, ownership groups, and brand partners.
  • Work Environment

  • This is a full-time executive role based out of the corporate office, with frequent travel required to hotel properties across the Stonebridge portfolio.
  • Travel may include site visits, leadership meetings, new openings, brand reviews, and operational audits.
  • Must be able to navigate a variety of environments, including restaurants, kitchens, event spaces, and construction zones.
  • Extended periods of standing and walking may be required during property visits, along with occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational demands and travel schedules.
  • Regular use of computers, mobile devices, and digital platforms in both office and field settings.
