Job Summary :

Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc., a leading automotive dealership in Waterford Township, Michigan, is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Chevrolet LOF (Lube, Oil, and Filter) Service Technician. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry that offers competitive compensation and benefits. As a LOF Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and servicing of Chevrolet vehicles in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Compensation & Benefits :

The compensation for this position ranges from $14 to $16 per hour based on experience and qualifications. We also have a spiff program applied to your hourly wage to compensate for components that need repair / replacement that are sold by the service advisors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance on Chevrolet vehicles (other makes and models at times), including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Visually inspect vehicles for leaks of any kind, belts, brakes, air / cabin filters, wiper blades, etc.
• Communicate with precise and exact language to service advisors to provide updates on vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Keep track of service schedules and maintain accurate service records
• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and training on new Chevrolet models
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations in the workplace
