Job Description

Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper execution of work. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to maintain high-quality standards. Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction. Ensure all documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have : experience managing construction projects in the business services industry, strong organizational and time-management skills, knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents, and leadership skills to effectively manage on-site teams and subcontractors.
