• NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
• must be tested along with drug screen.\r\n\r\n\r\nOR RN\r\nCost Center : 15400\r\nShift : M-F, 0645-1515\r\nCall required - 2 4's, 2 8's, 2 12's minimum per 6 weeks period.\r\nPediatric experience preferred.\r\nNeuro, Ortho, ENT, General, Eyes experience required\r\n
• NICOTINE FREE FACILITY
• must be tested with drug screen.\r\nRTO must be on coversheet.\r\n\r\nCHOA REQUIRES the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical / religious).
