As a Merchandise Coordinator, you'll play a vital role behind the scenes of our Merchandising team. From supporting product flow to managing vendor relationships and ensuring data accuracy, you'll help keep our tile business movingboth logistically and financially. This role is about details, relationships, and driving category success from the inside out.

Your days will consist of :

• Partnering closely with stores to resolve issues, gather feedback, and ensure they have what they need to sell with confidence
• Managing product and vendor documentation, ensuring setup and compliance across internal systems (SKUs, costs, retail uploads, vendor onboarding, etc.)
• Working directly with international and domestic vendors to manage purchase orders and track logistics, including F&D Express, special orders, and opportunity buys
• Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining all purchase orders, vendor data, and product details to support seamless operations
• Collaborating with accounting to resolve invoice discrepancies and reconcile payment issues
• Supporting product line reviews and category performance analysis with research, data tracking, and presentation prep
