• Days (6a to 630p)\n
• 13 week assignment.\n\nMinimum Requirements\n
• At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse\n
• Able to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of TN\n
• A valid and current BLS card (American Heart Association)\n\nJob Responsibilities\n
• Provides general nursing care to patients.\n
• Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.\n
• Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.\n
• Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.\n
• Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of patient.\n
• May make beds, bathe, and feed patients.\n
• May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.\n
