A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to manage Salesforce and HubSpot for revenue growth in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot, including configuration and integration
Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and support pipeline management and forecasting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and manage system updates
Required Qualifications :
At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and maintenance in a B2B SaaS environment
Expertise in Salesforce customization and integration with external tools
Strong data analysis skills using tools like Excel and BI software
Salesforce Administrator certification is strongly preferred
Experience with project management tools like Jira is a plus
