A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Care Specialist (Xtime).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage multi-lingual email and SMS communications, ensuring quality and adherence to standards
Organize project meetings, document issues, and conduct audits to maintain data quality and service improvement
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure brand consistency and resolve complex client issues
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED with 5 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and Apache FreeMarker is preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
Proactive and detail-oriented with strong technical skills
