    • Position Overview :

  • The Tax Manager will lead multiple client engagements in tax planning and compliance across corporate, partnership, and individual returns.
  • You'll supervise teams, support staff development, and interact directly with clients and tax authorities.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, budget, supervise, and review tax engagements.
  • Provide tax planning and compliance services through direct client interaction.
  • Review complex tax returns and assist staff with technical issues.
  • Conduct tax research and offer actionable solutions.
  • Train, develop, and evaluate junior staff members.
  • Communicate with clients, IRS, and other stakeholders.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience in at least two of the following industries : manufacturing, distribution, software, technology, staffing, non-profit, professional services, high-net-worth individuals.
  • Proficiency in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation.
  • Exposure to international tax, SALT, or estates & trusts is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
