Overview :

Join a cutting-edge team driving AI-powered ultrasound product development across multiple market segments. This role leads cross-functional efforts to deliver New Product Introduction (NPI) and Advanced Technology Development (ATD) programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead product development from requirements to commercial release
Ensure design meets functionality, quality, regulatory, and cost goals
Drive verification, validation, and design control processes
Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and support teams
Champion quality compliance and continuous improvement

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or STEM; Master’s preferred

8+ years in software / medical product development or program management

2–4 years in engineering project leadership

Strong experience in requirements management and traceability

Preferred Skills :

AI development experience

Familiarity with NPI regulatory processes and design history documentation

Ability to lead in a global, matrixed environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Compensation :

The hourly rate for this position is $57.14 per hour.
