Prior experience in logistics, dispatch operations, or an administrative role is often required. Referral Bonuses : For every new Associate you refer that works 40 hours you will receive $40, and once they work 100 hours you will receive $100 Medical (after 60 days on assignment) Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card Potential pay raise once hired on Free parking

United Talent Staffing is hiring an experienced Front Desk / Dispatcher in Dunbar WV!
Job Responsibilities :
- Assigning routes, monitoring driver progress, and managing schedules for personnel or equipment.
- Acting as a point of contact for customers and field staff, answering phones, and relaying information in real-time via phone, email, or other tools.
- Using company tracking systems to monitor vehicle locations and ensure deliveries or services are completed on time.
- Handling data entry, maintaining logs and records, processing invoices or orders, and assisting with billing and paperwork.
- Responding to and resolving logistical issues, driver concerns, and customer inquiries efficiently.
- Ensuring adherence to company safety policies and relevant industry regulations, such as DOT guidelines.
- Compiling and distributing necessary reports related to operations, deliveries, or driver performance. .
- Pay and Shift :
Monday – Friday 8am -5pm Pay is based on experience $17 – 20 per hour.
