Primary Purpose
Manage a team in the development of integrated strategic plans, including the delivery, execution and evaluation of marketing initiatives. Lead and manage both internal and external personnel to set the direction for marketing and / or customer education initiatives including customer programs like energy efficiency, demand response, self-service, email, solar and bill assistance. Coordinate marketing strategies across multiple channels including digital, advertising, and collateral materials for multiple departments, as well as with external contractors. Accountable for department budget management and program budget constraints, as well as delivering operational excellence across all areas of implementation. Management of CRM and email. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

Job Scope
Manage internal personnel and contractors developing market strategies and tactics for various marketing initiatives. Development of these initiatives requires a level of sensitivity and flexibility due to the inherent legislative and regulatory impacts. Initiative budgets and accountability can vary between $1-5 million annually. A few internal departments provide input into the nature and tone of the marketing programs and content. For this reason, knowledge of business processes, procedures and how marketing programs interface with same is essential. This position will actively solicit input and drive consensus for approval from multiple departments.
