A company is looking for an SBA Program Manager who will develop and manage the SBA program and ensure profitable surety business through agency relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Create and deploy the SBA Bond Program and train agencies to use the company as their surety provider
Independently underwrite and process SBA business, while monitoring program guidelines for compliance
Develop training materials and assist in the education of the underwriting team regarding the SBA Program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; preferred concentrations include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
Achieved or working towards an MBA is preferred
10+ years of underwriting experience required
Experience with the SBA Bond Guarantee Program is preferred
Participation in continuing education and certifications like AFSB or CPCU is preferred
