job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHospital setting with responsibilities rotating between General Nuclear Medicine and PET / CT imaging Day shift schedule : 5x8 hour shifts from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM Expected to perform routine Nuclear Medicine studies such as bone, gastric, hepatobiliary, and renal scans, as well as general FDG oncology, NET, PSMA, neurology, and cardiac PET / CT imaging Uses Siemens cameras, including Symbia, Intevo SPECT / CT, and Biograph MCT Flow PET / CT Float within the hospital and to affiliated hospitals as needed On-call required : weekday call from 8 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM, weekend call shifts spanning Saturday 6 : 00 AM to Monday 6 : 00 AM Technologists perform a wide variety of nuclear medicine and PET / CT imaging with direct patient care responsibilities Candidates will receive annual and onboarding training modules tailored by specialty Return staff policy requires a 90-day separation before returning as a traveler Level 1 trauma experience is required in most units Vaccine and testing requirements may apply per facility policy Documentation of certifications and required references must be provided at time of consideration Minimum 2 years experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in PET / CT BLS certification required Current Kentucky or compact state license required, if applicable Must provide a reference from a charge nurse or supervisor Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach Experience with Siemens nuclear medicine equipment is preferred No local candidates within a 75-mile radius are accepted High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
