Overview

Content Marketing Specialist at MCI. This role focuses on creating compelling B2B content that builds authority and drives leads. The position is remote / work-at-home and part of a larger BPO organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and email content.
  • Support webinars, video scripts, and customer stories.
  • Optimize content for SEO and buyer journey stages.
  • Collaborate with Sales on account-targeted content.
  • Measure and improve content performance.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • 2 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and performance metrics.
  • Ability to write for executive and technical audiences.
  • Experience with CMS and automation tools preferred.

    • Conditions of Employment

  • All MCI Locations : Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
