Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Evening / Night 3x12 Hours (3 : 00 PM – 3 : 30 AM)

Schedule : Rotating weekends; flexibility to float may be required

Position Overview

This position is for a Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nurse at Albany Medical Center, working an evening-to-overnight shift. Candidates must have recent PACU or critical care experience and be able to manage post-operative patients recovering from anesthesia. Epic EMR experience is required , and all staff must wear navy blue scrubs. Local candidates from restricted counties are not accepted as of January 11, 2024.

Requirements

Licensure : Active NY RN License – Required at submission

Experience : Minimum 2 years of recent PACU or ICU / critical care experience – Required

Travel Experience : Not required

Local Rule : Locals from ineligible counties not accepted
