Construction Project Manager SERVPRO of Alexandria

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about construction and customer service? SERVPRO of Alexandria is growing, and we're looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team!

Position : Full-Time | Hourly Rate + Commission

Location : In-person - 113 Clermont Ave

Schedule : MonFri, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all construction project phases, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction

Track project timelines, budgets, and compliance with codes / scope

Document photos, contracts, and change orders

Work with superintendents on daily and final project reviews

Handle vendor negotiations, permitting, and final documentation

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Construction management experience preferred

Strong organizational, communication & leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet profit goals

Personal phone (for work-related apps)

Physical Requirements :

Standing / walking / driving for extended periods

Comfortable with ladders / heights

Able to pass a background check
