This role focuses on driving advancements in service technology by integrating customer data and capturing critical performance metrics such as engine and product reliability, availability, maintenance, safety, and other operational parameters. The position encompasses leadership responsibilities for departmental operations planning and execution, as well as hands-on technical activities within the fleet management discipline.
As a Senior Engineer, you will operate with a degree of autonomy while adhering to established policies and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will have the flexibility to refine procedures and practices to optimize outcomes, provided they meet key standards for quality, efficiency, and timeliness. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and technical expertise to deliver exceptional fleet performance and customer satisfaction.
