job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBA / BFA in Design, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of creative experience in-house or agency, ideally within a design-forward, brand-driven environment Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and execution across mediums (digital, motion, 3D, experiential) Deep expertise in core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote / PowerPoint) Proficiency in creative AI tools and emerging design technologies; Runway, Veo3 and Midjourney experience a plusMotion / film experience strongly preferred Exceptional ability to translate creative vision into visual / motion outputs that resonate with both creatives and executives Strong background in design and systems thinking Experience creating scalable design frameworks that empower global teams to deliver on-brand creative Demonstrated ability to design for both digital (web, email, social) and physical (print, environmental, event) formats Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices Track record of elevating creative work with meticulous attention to craft and detail Proven track record of rapid prototyping and creative problem-solving under tight timelines Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities Thrives in ambiguous situations, working with little direction while maintaining high quality Outstanding presentation and communication skillsWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
