This job is a member of the Crew Scheduling Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for auditing and updating all American Airlines Crewmember monthly activity records and ensuring that these records are maintained in conformance with American Airline procedures as set forth in the Crewmembers respective working agreements.
What You'll Do
- Answers all pay related questions from Crewmembers and Flight payroll
- Evaluates pay claims and send corrections to payroll
- Monitors, inputs and adjusts pay for training, temporary duty, special assignments, bid denial, sick, expenses and other special pay categories
- Calculates pay protection according to contractual guidelines
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work overtime as required, sometimes with little or no advance notice
