We're seeking Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team and contribute to a variety of exciting sales campaigns for well-known commercial brands. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to potential customers, promote products and services, and upsell to existing clients all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is an entry-level opportunity with paid, on-the-job training. While previous call center experience is not required, a background in sales, customer service, tech support, or administrative support is a plus. We're looking for dependable individuals with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Position Responsibilities

What Does Someone In This Role Actually Do?

This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. In addition to being the best in the business when it comes to customer satisfaction, you will need to be a confident, fully engaged team player who is dedicated to bringing a positive and enthusiastic outlook to work each day.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Educate customers on products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Use internal systems to manage accounts and process transactions
  • Research and resolve customer issues, collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow established procedures
  • Adhere to scripts, policies, and compliance standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
  • Participate in training sessions and stay current with program updates
  • Meet attendance and scheduling requirements

Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

    Physical Requirements

    This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit / stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
