A company is looking for a Director of Contracts.

Key Responsibilities

Provide contract support and guidance to leadership and oversee a team of contract administrators and managers

Manage the preparation, negotiation, acceptance, and administration of contracts while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Formulate strategies for resolving major contractual issues and maintain effective customer relationships during negotiations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in government contract management principles and practices

Professional contract certification is required

Bachelor's degree is necessary

Top Secret security clearance is required

Ability to work independently in a high-volume contracting environment
