Join a team that keeps production moving by safely operating essential equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. With a 12-hour rotating shift, you'll enjoy extended time off and opportunities to grow into higher-paying roles—plus double-time pay every Sunday.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate manufacturing equipment such as rewinders, coaters, and forklifts
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, and climbing
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Rotate between 12-hour day and night shifts every two weeks (including every other weekend)
