As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll drive performance by guiding customers through service options, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every interaction meets AT&T’s professional standards. This position blends structured training with independent execution. As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll uphold the campaign’s reputation for clarity, reliability, and consistency in every transaction.

Core Functions of the Customer Experience Associate

• Execute structured outreach campaigns to prospects, introducing AT&T’s fiber, wireless, and bundled service tiers using approved D2D engagement protocols.
• Align service proposals with client goals through consultative selling, product briefings, and solution-based recommendations tailored to connectivity and budget needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and proposal development to contract execution and service activation—using AT&T’s workflows.
• Coordinate setup workflows and provisioning readiness through structured outreach and internal collaboration, ensuring delivery accuracy across AT&T’s service tiers.
• Maintain CRM precision by logging account status, pipeline activity, and territory performance to support campaign tracking and acquisition forecasting.
