Senior Technical Business Lead (Hybrid - Harrisburg, PA)

We are currently recruiting a Senior Technical Business Lead for our client, a Commonwealth PA entity. The focus of this role is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within organizations. This position will work directly with the Client's Section Manager to solve IT business solution needs and problems. The Lead should have strong communication skills and expert knowledge of the Application Development life cycle.

This contract position is long-term with funding approved until 6 / 30 / 2026 (extensions possible), a 40-hour per week role. This position is hybrid at the client's offices in Harrisburg, PA. The candidates must be 2 hours or less from Harrisburg, PA.

This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate daily stand-up with the development team.
• Working directly with PEMA / OSFC Section Management to solve IT Business solution needs and problems.
• Collaborating with the PEMA / OSFC Application team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Provide and lead Incident Management & Change Management for the PEMA / OSFC Application support team.
• Provide weekly status updates on the development team's project, tasks, and initiatives
• Responsible for application inventory, application support documentation & organization of PEMA / OSFC application portfolio
• Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements.
• Involved in adopting COTS products for PEMA / OSFC

Compensation : $50 / hr. - $55.8 / hr
