You will be responsible for coordinating care planning with a multidisciplinary team and delivering individualized, age-specific nursing care rooted in your assessment of patient needs. You will utilize your expertise to supervise and guide other healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met.\n\nYour role includes evaluating nursing practices to set patient goals, participating in hourly rounding, and adhering to safety guidelines to maintain a secure healthcare environment. There may be opportunities for you to take charge of shifts and oversee staff, further enhancing your leadership skills.\n\nSpecial Skills : We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your customer service orientation and basic computer skills will be essential for success.
