What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for the Generative AI platform. Ensure the platform delivers simplicity and differentiation while enabling developers to harness the full potential of Generative AI technologies.
• Work across the company—including product marketing, sales, and engineering—to influence and align stakeholders on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Ensure teams are aligned and committed to delivering the best product for our developer community.
• Identify new opportunities for product innovation and areas of investment that will delight our customers and grow our platform’s capabilities. Leverage deep customer insights to drive product decisions and continuously enhance the AI / ML experience.
• Directly interact with customers to understand their pain points, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improving their experience with our Generative AI platform. Ensure customer needs are met with high‑quality, effective product solutions.
• Actively lead and participate in all phases of product management, including quarterly planning, P&L data analysis, and weekly product reviews. Help prioritize features, define key objectives, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Support executive leadership with clear roadmap prioritization, data‑driven proposals, and business case development. Simplify decision‑making processes by providing insights that drive impactful product outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team of experienced Product Managers. Help develop and grow the next generation of leadership for the organization, ensuring that your team operates at a high level and achieves their career goals.
• Champion best practices in product management, improving consistency, accelerating delivery cadence, and supporting organizational growth as we continue to innovate and scale our Generative AI platform.
