My client is looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead their next phase of growth. As a member of the senior management team, you’ll contribute to the vision, strategy and execution. You will work cross-functionally, with the whole executive team, to design a truly agile product roadmap for success. You will champion the importance of innovation and creativity to ensure future competitive advantage while inspiring and leading a world class Product and Product Design team.

The company is a disruptive force in a 50-billion-dollar industry, and has been rapidly expanding, it has been profitable for over 5 years, and recently has received over 20 million in funding for its expansion, as well as signing partnerships with several industry leaders like google and Facebook.

Responsibilities :

• You own the product life cycle by defining the vision, planning the big-picture and implementing tactical day-to-day activities with cross functional teams to make that vision a reality
• Must have a track record of building and launching massively successful products that customers love.
• Responsible to build and develop top product-centric talent who are creative, collaborative, analytical, results-oriented.
• Will need to drive team culture, including leading the charge, providing leadership feedback, and managing aggressive timelines.
• Be a partner with engineering to establish rapid product development processes with small teams that can accelerate, build, design, and test product launches with constant updates.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, product-driven organization and assume a broad range of responsibilities.
• Draw out the best from a broad array of multi-faceted teams and develop an atmosphere that unleashes creativity and meaningful work.
