A company is looking for a ServiceNow Recruiter to drive and expand recruiting efforts within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Source passive and active candidates through various methods including networking and internet searches

Recruit for technical roles such as ServiceNow Technical Consultants and Infrastructure Engineers

Coordinate interview processes and maintain compliance with candidate information

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or consulting

Experience in Hardware / Software & IT Services recruitment, particularly ServiceNow

Strong command of Boolean search and various sourcing techniques

Bachelor's degree required

Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred
