Job Description :
As a Primary Care Physician at a growing Senior Primary Care Outpatient Clinic, you will handle a variety of health-related problems in an outpatient setting, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Working closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and care coordinators, to ensure coordinated care and effective communication regarding patient needs and treatment plans.
- Contribute to ongoing projects and objectives within the clinic.
- Documentation and Compliance : Maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) or medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company protocols
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of technical experience in a medical setting.Valid TX medical license.Active DEA LicenseGraduation from an accredited MD or DO program.Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine).BLS from AMA or American Red CrossPreferred Qualifications :
Specialty in Internal Medicine.Demonstrated passion for improving patient care and consumer experiences.
