As a Software Engineer II, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile setting to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will be seasoned in software development, capable of contributing to complex projects, and adept at front-end and back-end technologies. Responsibilities & Job Duties (include, but are not limited to) :

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect robust solutions that align with user needs and business objectives
• Design, develop, and optimize high-quality software applications, adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Enhance user interface aesthetics and functionality for our digital platforms, ensuring optimal user engagement
• Drive the evolution of our back-end systems and APIs, which are foundational to our sophisticated ticketing infrastructure
• Actively contribute to code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, efficiency, and maintainability
• Develop quality products by participating in test planning and test automation discussions
• Participate in agile development processes, including work item refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Stay abreast of technological advancements to infuse cutting-edge solutions into our products and services
