Job Title : Assistant Director of Creative Video

Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Creative Video is responsible for the production of original creative video to engage the audience and increase visibility and brand awareness of Northwestern Athletics. This position conceptualizes and collaborates on all aspects of creative production, from shooting through post, for social media, in-venue video boards and television shows. This position will serve as a lead producer of creative video, while also assisting with coverage and promotion of all 19 Varsity sports programs. The primary responsibilities of this role involve the covering of our football and men\'s basketball programs with a strong emphasis on the revenue-driving, sponsorship-mandated content capture and post opportunities to continue driving visibility and revenue via our MMR partnership.
Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, often including evenings, weekends and some travel as required.
Responsible for adhering to all Department and University policies and procedures, as well as the rules, regulations, bylaws and interpretations of the Big Ten Conference and the NCAA.

Minimum Qualifications
Target hiring range for this position will be between $56,782 to $56,931 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant\'s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
