What we are looking for

We are seeking a high-impact  Product Sales Lead  to lead go-to-market efforts for  Auxo , our SaaS-based platform built for field medical and commercial teams in the life sciences industry. This role is tailored for sales professionals with experience selling into emerging pharma and biotech clients, particularly those familiar with  HCP 360 platforms , offerings, and  customer engagement technologies .

What you will do

  • Drive Market Penetration :  Identify whitespace opportunities and create tailored go-to-market (GTM) strategies to grow Auxo’s footprint across the emerging pharma segment.
  • Lead Solution Selling :  Position Auxo’s modular platform capabilities—including HCP 360, KOL Identification, Share of Voice (SOV) dashboards, and DaaS offerings—to solve specific commercial and medical challenges.
  • Client Engagement & Influence :  Build trusted relationships with Commercial Ops, Medical Affairs, and Brand teams to influence decision-making and accelerate adoption.
  • Collaborate CrossFunctionally :  Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to shape positioning, messaging, and implementation strategies.
  • Enable Sales Success :  Use case studies, RDOI models, and platform differentiators to shorten sales cycles and improve win rates.
  • FullCycle Sales Ownership :  Manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract closure, while ensuring CRM accuracy and reliable pipeline forecasting.

Must Have

  • 10+ years of experience  in  SaaS sales  within life sciences, preferably focused on  commercial technology  or  medtech platforms .
  • Demonstrated success in selling to  emerging pharma  or  mid-market biotech  clients.
  • Strong understanding of  HCP engagement ,  data integration , and  omnichannel execution  strategies.
  • Experience with relevant tools like  Salesforce ,  Veeva ,  Power BI , and other data or CRM platforms
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
