A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Program Manager – IDC Migration Program

Location : Fountain Valley, CA (Onsite)

Description :

As a Program Manager – IDC Migration Program you will : -

• Lead and oversee multi-CBU program execution, governance, and reporting
• Drive collaboration across infrastructure, applications, and security teams
• Develop and manage the migration blueprint, WBS, and wave plans
• Apply frameworks like 7Rs (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, etc.) and NICE prioritization
• Present progress and updates to executive leadership (GCIO and senior stakeholders)
• Identify and mitigate risks across complex dependencies and workstreams
• Monitor KPIs using ITOM dashboards, DAP data, and tools like Asana and ServiceNow

This role will drive end-to-end program planning, coordination, and execution across multiple workstreams including Network Architecture, Infrastructure Discovery, Application Mapping, and Governance Setup.
