We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect data on individuals' behaviors during sessions
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
- Utilize applied behavior analysis ( and reduce challenging behaviors
- Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
Required Skills :
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesKnowledge of HIPAA regulationsFamiliarity with medical terminology and medical recordsCompassionate and patient approach when working with childrenProficiency in medical documentation and record-keepingBenefits :
