ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Understanding sales terms and functions
• Entering orders received from our National Rep Firm and agencies
• Monitoring and helping to execute all national and corporate sales orders and campaigns
• Processing make-goods and exceptions for national and corporate orders which will in many cases entail working closely with the traffic department
• Communicating regularly with our National Rep Firm and agencies via email and phone
• Engaging with and monitoring the National Rep Firm order system
• Creating presentations, sales kits and recaps primarily for use
• Must have reasonable knowledge of and experience with PowerPoint
• Participating in local market sales, promotions, and programming meetings as requested in order to represent national sales and to bring opportunities for revenue generation back to the Sales team
• Managing Sales Pending Reports on an ongoing basis
• Assist in collections with agencies and accounts
• Providing clerical support including filing of contracts
• Assisting with promotions such as remotes and events
• Entering digital orders and digital components into Ando or similar system
• Assisting with receptionist desk duties when needed

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :

Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma. College preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel
